Default Skull Crack?

I always found a warrior skill that can daze your enemy to be pretty darn cool. Though, I think it's safe to say this skill is underpowered. With such a high adrenaline cost for 10 seconds of dazed. Is this skill worth a place on your bar? I'm sure people will be able to glorify this skill in their posts, if they care for it. Though, what ideas for a change might you have for it? I was thinking of throwing this in the tactics line, lowering it's adrenaline cost to 7, and making the duration (Tactics x 1.5), or perhaps using the strength attribute. I'd like to here any feedback or comments relating to this skill

[skill]Skull Crack[/skill] - For your reference.

I use this skill on FoW duo runs with Warrior/Dervish and scythe, works nicely on that. I wouldn't use it in pvp tho, concussion shot or broad head arrow on a ranger would be a much better choice as he is focussing on interrupts most of the time anyway.

I never used it on any of my PvE warriors. There were always better elite skill options.

Lowering the adrenal cost and scaling the duration under an attribute (probably Strength) would be a nice adjustment. Five adrenaline for a 1...7 duration, for example (so it's spammable). Or eight adrenaline for a 4...13 duration. Or something else.

Works nicely on an A/W, as assassins are able to build up adrenaline considerably faster than warriors. Some of my Zenmai's use this build (along with a set of silencing daggers):

Way of Perfection
Skull Crack {E}
Disrupting Stab
Leaping Mantis Sting
Fox Fangs
Exhausting Assault
Golden Lotus Strike
Shadow Refuge

Dagger Mastery 12 + 3 + 1 (or 12 + 2 + 1 with a major rune only)
Shadow Arts 10 + 1
Critical Strikes 8 + 1

Skull Crack seems to be named for a strength based skill. If the adrenaline cost was less and added a little damage output to it, it could be a replacement to that God awful [skill=card]Savage Slash[/skill], and even that skill is useful when applied properly. Make it stand out among elites for the warrior. Damage+Daze+Interupt. That's an elite skill!

Why exactly is [skill]Savage Slash[/skill] so terrible? The energy cost? I use it to reasonably good effect with a Zealous sword.

distracting blow = lower energy cost, lower recharge = better skill

so you lose damage for one attack, restricting yourself to 1 interrupt every 20 second isnt good for either pve or pvp
